Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures as per company and statutory requirements.
Inspect construction / industrial sites to ensure safety compliance.
Conduct daily safety toolbox talks and worker safety inductions.
Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near-misses, and prepare reports.
Maintain HSE records, checklists, and documentation.
Ensure proper use of PPE by all employees.
Coordinate with supervisors and management on safety improvements.
Provide safety training to employees and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety rules and company HSE plan.
Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA).
Monitor housekeeping standards.
Act as first responder in case of emergency situations
