Job Description

Position: Safety Officer.

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and fire safety standards within residential buildings to ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections of residential buildings and common areas Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations Monitor fire safety systems and emergency equipment Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports Coordinate fire drills and emergency response plans Supervise contractor and maintenance safety practices Promote safety awareness among residents and staff

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field Safety certification (NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA preferred) 5+ years of experience in residential or facility safety. Knowledge of fire safety and building safety regulations.

Real Estate experience is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
