Develop and implement site safety plans, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on safety matters.
Enforce safe work practices and stop unsafe activities when required.
Monitor emergency preparedness and conduct drills.
