Duties and responsibilities

? Knowledge on statutory requirements on EHS & project related activities.

? Ensure that company policies adhere to local & state regulations.

? Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulations.

? Conducting Toolbox Meeting along with project manager in daily basis.

? Monitor personnel and workspace & follow the Method statement for each & every site activity.

? Encourage and educate for safer work equipment's, materials, and supplies.

? Track the number of incidents and produce reports.

? Inspect facilities or sites to determine if they meet specifications or standards.

? Inspect equipment or systems.

? Investigate safety of work environment.

? In case of any incident, site incident & root cause analysis report to be generated.

? To be aware about the lockout & tag out procedures.

Work Experience

? Minimum 2 - 3 Years' Experience in Life Science Laboratory Construction Projects.

? Preferably having work experience in GMP/Non GMP & BSL facilities.

Educational Qualification

? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

? Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA

Skills

? Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

? Excellent communication and training skills.

? Observation and analytical skills to identify risks.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.

? Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

Work Location

Local candidates or whoever willing to relocate to various project locations in India

Travel Requirements

The position is based at Koncepo's Head office in Electronic City Phase 1 in Bangalore. Travel to the client's location or any site visit will be part of the profile.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
