We are seeking a dedicated and qualified

Safety Officer

to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and implementing safety procedures and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and suggest preventive measures Provide training and toolbox talks to employees on safety practices Maintain records of safety inspections, reports, and trainings Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures Liaise with government agencies and ensure legal compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Diploma in Safety / Industrial Safety (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a safety role Good knowledge of OHS standards, risk assessment, and incident investigation Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
