Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Safety Officer

with a background in

interior and civil projects

, preferably with exposure to

data center construction

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all health and safety regulations at project sites, promoting a safe working environment, and reducing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor

site-specific safety plans

for interior and civil works. Ensure adherence to

HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

policies and legal compliance at all project sites. Conduct

risk assessments

,

safety audits

, and

toolbox talks

regularly. Monitor safety practices during

high-risk activities

such as electrical works, HVAC installation, false ceiling, raised flooring, etc. Ensure safe practices around

data center infrastructure

(e.g., server racks, electrical rooms, precision cooling, etc.). Investigate

accidents/incidents

, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Maintain safety documentation and records as per statutory requirements. Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors to enforce safety compliance. Assist in preparing

Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

and

Permit to Work (PTW)

procedures. Train workers and staff on

emergency response

,

PPE usage

, and

safe work practices

. Liaise with client safety teams, third-party auditors, and local authorities as needed.

Requirements:

ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)

is mandatory. 3-6 years of experience in

construction safety

, particularly in

interior fit-outs

and

civil works

. Hands-on experience with

data center safety protocols

is highly desirable. Good knowledge of local

safety laws and compliance standards

. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure timely safety reporting.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with

IS codes

,

NFPA

, and other global safety standards. Certification in

First Aid

,

Fire Safety

, or

IOSH/NEBOSH

(added advantage). Proficient in preparing safety reports and using MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
