Key Responsibilities

Ensure implementation of safety standards, procedures, and practices across all interior and civil project sites. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify risks and hazards. Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies in compliance with statutory regulations. Provide safety training and awareness programs for site workers and staff. Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure use of PPEs and safe working methods by all workers at the site. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain safe working environments. Maintain documentation related to safety compliance, audits, and reports

Requirements

Experience:

2-3 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer in interior/civil construction projects.

Certification:

NEBOSH certification (mandatory).

Education:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a relevant field. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction practices, and risk assessment methods. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to enforce safety compliance at all levels.
