Job Description

We are looking for a Safety Officer with strong experience in commercial construction projects to ensure safe execution of site activities in line with EHS standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor EHS practices across commercial construction activities.

Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety trainings.

Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms, NBC, and project EHS guidelines.

Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, scaffolding, and formwork.

Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.

Coordinate with contractors to close safety non-conformances and observations.

Support audits and client safety reviews.

Key Requirements

6-8 years of experience in safety management for commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Ability to proactively identify and mitigate site safety risks.

Good coordination and communication skills.
