Experience:

10+ years (High-Rise Building - Structure and Finishing Stage)

Qualification:

Advanced Diploma in Fire & Safety

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety standards & PPE usage. Implement and monitor EHS guidelines. Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings & mock drills. Investigate accidents, conduct risk assessments & audits. Maintain safety documentation and statutory compliance. Coordinate with contractors & project teams on safety matters. Ensure OHC readiness and fire emergency preparedness.
Requirements

Advanced Diploma in Fire & Safety (mandatory). Minimum 10 years' experience in

high-rise building (structure stage)

projects. Strong knowledge of

Factories Act & safety regulations

. Good communication & site coordination skills. Physically fit to conduct regular site rounds and inspections. Recognized certifications:

NEBOSH IGC/IG1-IG2

, IOSH MS, First Aid, Fire Warden, Scaffolding Inspector, Lifting Supervisor (as applicable). Experience on

tall structures

with tower cranes, passenger/material hoists, and large concrete operations. Exposure to

ISO 45001

and

ISO 14001

implementation.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
