Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices at road, RCC, and infrastructure project sites in compliance with statutory norms and company safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and enforce company

HSE policies

at all project sites. Conduct

daily safety inspections

and identify hazards. Ensure safe practices for

road works, RCC works, excavation, hot mix plants, and heavy machinery

. Conduct

toolbox talks, safety induction, and training programs

. Ensure proper usage of

PPE

by all employees and labor. Monitor

traffic safety arrangements

, barricading, signage, reflectors, and night safety. Investigate

accidents, near misses

, and unsafe incidents and prepare reports. Maintain

safety registers, permits, compliance documents, and MIS reports

. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers to ensure safe execution. Ensure compliance with

Factory Act, Labour Laws, IS standards, and local authority regulations

. Assist during

client audits and government safety inspections

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Degree in

Safety Engineering / Industrial Safety

1. 2-5 years

experience in

road, highway, RCC, or infrastructure projects

2. Knowledge of construction safety laws and standards

3. Knowledge of construction safety laws and standards

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of construction safety practices Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, basic English) Documentation & reporting skills Leadership and coordination abilities

Working Conditions

1.

Site-based role at road and infrastructure project locations

2.Exposure to heavy machinery and outdoor working conditions

Vadodara Candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
