Job Description

Site Safety Engineer Responsibilities (Pointers)

Prepare and implement

site-specific safety plans

. Ensure compliance with

safety regulations, codes, and standards

. Conduct

risk assessments

and hazard identification. Monitor

use of PPE

and safe work practices. Perform

regular site inspections

for unsafe conditions. Maintain

safety records, incident reports, and documentation

. Conduct

safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks

. Investigate

accidents, near-misses, and recommend corrective actions

. Coordinate with

project managers, contractors, and workers

for safety compliance. Promote a

safety-first culture

among all site personnel. Plan and enforce

emergency response and evacuation procedures

. Ensure machinery, equipment, and tools

meet safety standards

. Participate in

safety audits and external inspections

. Identify potential

hazards and implement preventive measures

. Communicate safety policies effectively to

all levels of staff

.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
