Key Responsibilities:

Site Safety Monitoring

Conduct routine inspections at

RMC plants, batching units, and project sites

. Identify unsafe conditions and practices; report and follow up for corrective action. Monitor usage of

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

by workers and visitors.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily safety checklists, site safety logs, and inspection reports. Assist in maintaining

incident/accident records

and investigation documentation. Keep track of

MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)

and hazardous material logs.

Training & Awareness

Create awareness on

hazards related to concrete batching, handling, and transport

.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with

local, state, and national safety norms

applicable to construction and RMC operations. Report any non-compliance issues and suggest preventive measures.

Emergency Preparedness

Assist in implementing

emergency response plans

for on-site accidents, chemical spills, and fire safety. Participate in mock drills and first-aid support arrangements.

Coordination

Liaise with supervisors, drivers, lab staff, and contractors to promote safety culture. Support plant housekeeping and layout improvements from a safety perspective.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Safety, Environment, or Engineering (preferred) Certification in Industrial Safety (desirable) 0.5-2 years of experience in construction or RMC industry Good observation and reporting skills Basic knowledge of safety signs, PPE standards, and incident management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
