Key Responsibilities

KEY SKILLS : Fire protection , fire fighting, Fire management,

Implement and monitor

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

policies at site. Conduct

daily site safety inspections

, toolbox talks, and safety audits. Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure corrective & preventive actions. Maintain

safety documentation

, permits, registers, and inspection records. Conduct

safety training & inductions

for workers, subcontractors, and staff. Monitor use of

PPE

and safe work practices on site. Investigate

accidents, incidents, and near misses

and submit reports. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to enforce safety. Ensure proper

fire safety

, emergency response plans, and mock drills.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in

Safety, Engineering, or Industrial Safety

. Mandatory

Safety Certification

(ADIS / DIS / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred). Knowledge of

Factories Act, IS standards, OSHA, and local safety regulations

.

Experience

2 - 6 years

of experience as a Safety Officer
(Construction / Infrastructure / Industrial Projects preferred)

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of

HSE standards & compliance

Risk assessment & hazard identification Accident investigation & reporting

Preferred Experience

Exposure to

EPC / Refinery / Power / Solar / Greenfield / Industrial projects

Experience handling

client & consultant safety requirements
