Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer to ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at our electrical contracting sites. The role focuses on implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and achieving a zero-accident workplace through proactive monitoring, training, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a safety-first culture through

safety interactions

toolbox talks (TBT)

pre-job safety meetings

. Designed HSE training program for all staff members. Conduct

induction programs

for new employees and deliver

HSE training

to all staff. Organize and lead

weekly safety review meetings

to address safety issues and updates. Monitor site activities, inspect equipment, and ensure adherence to

HSE regulations

and standards. Prepare and submit

audit, observation, and closing reports

for internal and client requirements. Investigate

accidents/incidents

, determine root causes, and recommend preventive measures. Implement, review, and audit

safety policies

for high-risk environments. Oversee

emergency response activities

and recommend improvements. Maintain confidentiality of all safety-related

data and reports

Required Skills and Experience:

5 to 10 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in high-risk industries such as construction. Strong knowledge of

HSE principles, regulations

, and safety monitoring. Proven ability to conduct audits, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions. Excellent skills in

training delivery

, problem-solving, and incident investigation. Ability to handle

confidential information

and work effectively under pressure.
