Qualification:

B.Sc. / B.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Technical Board (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety / Post Diploma in Industrial Safety)

Experience:

1-2 years in Industrial / Construction / Manufacturing safety

Salary:

?25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor workplace health & safety programs as per statutory norms. Conduct daily toolbox talks, site inspections, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage, and company safety standards. Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases. Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation as per ISO / statutory requirements. Provide safety training and awareness to workers and staff. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and management for safe work practices. Assist in preparing and updating safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations. Strong observation and analytical skills. Good communication and reporting ability. Ability to handle emergency situations effectively. Familiarity with construction/industrial safety procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
