Job Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor site safety practices for elevator installation and modernization projects.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms, IS standards, and company safety policies.
Conduct daily site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
Ensure proper use of PPE by technicians, workers, and subcontractors.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and site safety training programs.
Monitor high-risk activities including shaft work, working at height, lifting operations, and electrical work.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare safety reports and corrective action plans.
Maintain safety documentation, permits, checklists, and safety records.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to enforce safe work practices.
Education:
Any Graduate
(Safety certification will be an added advantage).
