. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, monitoring site activities, and ensuring strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards across high-risk data center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs on-site.
Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments at the data center construction/execution site.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company EHS standards.
Maintain safety documentation including permits, reports, site safety checklists, incident reports, etc.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project managers and contractors to resolve safety-related issues.
Investigate incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel.
Prepare and submit safety reports to management and clients on a regular basis.
Liaise with local authorities and compliance bodies as required.
Required Qualifications:
ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)

Experience in Data Center Projects

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards (ISO 45001), and best practices.
Ability to handle emergency situations and provide first response coordination.
Desired Skills:

Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
