Job Description

Implement and enforce company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions. Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors. Maintain updated records of safety inspections, permits, incidents, and compliance reports. Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe operation of tools and machinery. Coordinate with management and site supervisors to promote a safety-first culture. Liaise with external agencies (regulators, auditors, clients) on HSE matters as required. Support emergency response planning and conduct safety drills. Sholud be experince of Heavy Lifting and Crane . Should be knowldege of Telegu langauage.
