Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with legal regulations (Factories Act ,etc.). Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Lead safety training and awareness programs for workers, including emergency response and first aid. Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and maintain proper documentation and reporting. Monitor safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals, materials, and equipment used in paver block manufacturing. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure machines and tools are operated safely. Conduct fire drills, emergency preparedness sessions, and risk assessments regularly. Maintain safety audit reports, inspection checklists, and documentation as per regulatory requirements. Ensure the plant complies with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety or Occupational Health and Safety (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong understanding of factory safety norms, risk assessment, and hazard control. Good communication and leadership skills to train and enforce safety protocols effectively. Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety certifications (if any).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
