Job Title: Safety Officer (EHS)

About the Employer:
A leading MAH chemical manufacturing company known for its robust safety culture and compliance-driven operations.
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Safety Officer (EHS) to ensure regulatory compliance, promote workplace safety, and implement global safety plans. Reporting to the Factory Manager, the role involves maintaining safety standards, statutory reporting, accident tracking, risk assessments, and safety training in a high-risk chemical plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain safety equipment, PPE compliance, and workplace safety standards
Ensure statutory compliance (Factory Act, GPCB)
Implement global EHS plans and monthly GPCB reporting
Conduct EHS training, safety audits, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents, support safety committees, and promote safety campaigns
Qualifications:
PDIS with DME/BE/B.Sc.
4-6 years EHS experience in MAH Chemical Units
Proficient in MS Office with good communication skills
