Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Risk Management:

Conduct regular risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement control measures for machinery, processes, and the environment.

Policy & Compliance:

Create, update, and enforce safety policies, ensuring adherence to local and national safety laws (like OSHA).

Training & Awareness:

Develop and deliver training on safe practices, emergency procedures, and conduct daily briefings (toolbox talks).

Inspections & Audits:

Perform routine site inspections, check equipment, and audit safety protocols to find and fix potential issues.

Incident Investigation:

Investigate accidents and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of inspections, incidents, training, and compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
