Job Description

Position: Safety Officer

Qualification: B.Tech (preferably in Mechanical / Industrial Safety)

Experience: 5-6 years (must have relevant site safety management experience in construction / industrial projects)

Location: Site-based role

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and company HSE policies. Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification. Provide induction training and toolbox talks to workers. Monitor proper use of PPE and enforce safety practices. Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports. Coordinate with site management to implement corrective and preventive measures. Maintain safety documentation and records as per standards.
Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety standards. Ability to train and guide workers on safe practices. Good communication and reporting skills. Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting solutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
