Project: This is a high rise commercial building project in Gandhinagar. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising day-to-day activities within a particular construction workplace.
• Ensuring that workers make use of necessary protective equipment like helmets, hand gloves, welding shades and others, where and when necessary.
• Investigating accidents and tackling their causes.
• Taking note of workers\xe2\x80\x99 safety concerns and immediately acts on them.
• Arranging training programs on safety measures within the workplace.
• Developing plans for emergency procedures with the consent of the manager(s) of the workplace.
• Receiving and acting on reports regarding safety concerns from workers within the construction site/workplace.
• Serving as a link between workers and top management when it comes to issues that have to do with the safety and proper organization of the workplace.
• Introducing measures that will help curb accidents within the workplace.

About you You have a relevant degree qualification in civil and safety and are a member of a professional body. You have experience in leading safety functions on site for projects of similar nature. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
