This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive
HSE strategy
across office and project sites. It combines regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, employee wellness, and training to ensure a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a high-risk, technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive HSE strategy aligned with organizational goals and evolving regulations Guide and manage HSE teams and ensure consistent global safety standards Conduct risk assessments, audits, and implement safety improvement measures Promote safety technologies, process safety, and wellness programs Lead training programs, incident investigations, and emergency response planning Engage with internal teams, clients, and contractors to foster a shared safety culture Monitor and report HSE performance using KPIs and benchmarks
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and construction/process safety Experience in pharma/life sciences projects is a plus Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking Crisis management and incident response expertise Willingness to travel and work with multi-disciplinary teams
