We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager / Sr. Manager to lead and manage all safety-related functions for our real estate and construction projects. The role will ensure compliance with statutory safety norms, promote a strong safety culture, and minimize workplace risks across construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, local laws, and company standards
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments at construction sites
Identify potential hazards and ensure preventive & corrective actions
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to enforce safety norms
Maintain safety documentation, records, and compliance reports
Liaise with government authorities and auditors for safety-related inspections
Promote a strong safety-first culture across all project locations
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
BE / B.Tech
(Mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 15 years
in safety management
Industry Experience:
Must
have worked
in Real Estate / Construction
Functional Experience:
Safety in construction / civil projects
High-rise buildings, residential projects preferred
Current Designation:
Deputy Manager / Manager
Age:
Not more than 40 years
Notice Period: Maximum 1 month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?1,400,000.00 per year
