Key Responsibilities: -
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout all phases of the solar installation project.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate measures to mitigate potential hazards.
Conduct safety training sessions for project team members and foster a culture of safety awareness.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and near-miss occurrences.
Develop and implement emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
Regularly inspect safety equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety measures into project plans.
Ensure timely submission of all safety-related reports and documentation.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and incidents for regulatory compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to safety.

Graduate in Engineering (preferably Fire/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) and Diploma in Industrial Safety from CLI/RLI, NEBOSH
