Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) / NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.

Job Summary:

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all project sites. The role ensures compliance with statutory safety norms, conducts safety training, and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and company standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety norms.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.

Ensure all contractors and workers adhere to PPE and site safety requirements.

Maintain and update safety records, permits, and documentation.

Coordinate with project and quality teams to integrate safety measures in planning and execution.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factories Act, BOCW Act, Environmental norms, etc.).

Drive continuous improvement in safety performance across projects.

Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and best practices in the real estate/construction industry. Strong leadership, communication, and training skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities for risk assessment and incident analysis. Proficient in safety documentation and reporting. Ability to handle emergency response situations effectively.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,536,711.92 per year
