? Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety protocols at all project and AV installation sites.
? Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
? Ensure safe practices during high-risk tasks such as electrical work, equipment mounting, and cable management.
? Lead safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks for engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
? Monitor use of PPE and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards. ? Coordinate with project managers and site leads to integrate safety planning into daily operations.
? Stay updated with local safety regulations and industry best practices relevant to infrastructure and AV work.
? Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness programs and regular engagement with teams.
? Ensure readiness for client or third-party safety audits and inspections.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Industrial Safety or related field.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety role within the infrastructure or construction industry.
? Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent preferred.
? Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and construction site practices.
? Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
