Job Overview

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced

Safety Incharge

to oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance at our construction sites in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing safety measures, conducting audits, and training site personnel to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce safety standards across all construction activities Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and company policies Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and audit records Organize safety training sessions and toolbox talks for workers Coordinate with project managers and contractors to uphold safety norms Investigate accidents and recommend preventive measures

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any stream (mandatory); Diploma in Industrial Safety or NEBOSH certification is a plus 2-8 years of experience in construction site safety management Strong knowledge of safety laws, PPE standards, and emergency protocols Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills Ability to lead safety initiatives and influence site teams Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
