Responsibilities

-:Issuing of Permit to Work System for Hot Work, Working at Height, Confined Space, Heavy Lifting, and Loading/Unloading of Hazardous Chemicals. ? Reviewed & updated HIRA of all Plants, non-production areas as per ISO 45001:2018 & Aspect/Impact for all areas as per ISO 14001:2015. ? Monthly Inspection of all plants equipments for Reactors, Driers, Scrubber System, Boiler, Panels, Goods Lift, Tanks/Receivers, Forklift, Gas Cylinders etc. ? Training provided for EHS Induction, Basic Firefighting, SCBA Set use, Emergency preparedness, Chemical/Material Handling, Incident Reporting & Investigation, Haz Chem/ NFPA, BBS etc. ? Ensuring for good working conditions of Fire hydrant pumps, Fire hose, Fire hydrant post, Smoke detectors, Fire extinguishers, Safety shower, Eye washers and ensure for availability of sufficient water for firefighting in underground water tank. ? Coordinating with third party for Inspection of Pressure Vessels, Lifting tools & tackles. ? Experienced ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015, Safety Audit, Fire Adequacy Audit and various Customer Audits and ensured timely CAPA closure. ? Timely Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis of LTA/First Aid & Near Miss. ? Organized World Environment Day & Safety Week Celebration with various activities. ? Reporting of Sustainability Initiatives and GHG Reduction on M2030 Platform.
