Role : Safety Executive (Interior fit-out project)

Job summary

Safety Executive to ensure workplace safety and compliance at our project sites. The candidate will oversee safety measures, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to statutory norms while fostering a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy Implementation

: Implement and monitor health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies at project sites.

Safety Audits and Inspections

: Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Safety Training

: Organize safety training and awareness programs for workers.

Incident Investigation

: Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports.

Compliance Documentation

: Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure safety during execution.

Key Requirements

Education

: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or Environment Science.

Experience

: 1-3 years of relevant experience in safety management, preferably in construction or interior fit-out projects.

Knowledge

: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, PPE, fire safety, and emergency procedures.

ISO and HSE Compliance

: Familiarity with ISO standards and HSE compliance practices is an advantage.

Skills

: Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
