• Conduct safety induction training for new staff, visitors & workers
• Conduct tool box talks with execution staff and workers.
• Prepare Emergency Plan &Conduct Emergency mock drills.
• Prepare and update the project safety statistics. . Prepare and review Project Safety Plan, HIRA & JSA according to site activity with client and execution team.
• Report and investigate all near misses, incidents, accidents and identify the root cause and take necessary steps to eliminate dangerous and reoccurrence.
• Maintaining the hazardous waste summary register.
• To carry out the regular HSE inspections as per the HSE inspection plan.
• Regular Inspection of lifting equipment (Crawler crane, Tire mounted crane, Hydra etc.).
• Conduct different types of safety campaign like National Safety Day, World Environment Day etc. . Organize different type of medical check up like Body temperature from Covid-19 Safety, Eye Vision, Audiometry test, BP Test& lung test etc.
• Ensure that safe working practices were adopted for the following activities like erection of equipment, excavations, working at height, scaffolding, concrete pouring, gascutting ,welding grinding, electrical safety, manual handling & barricading board fixing. Etc.

Job Profile
