Job Summary:

The Safety Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures at the construction site to ensure compliance with statutory and company safety standards. The role involves conducting safety inspections, training workers, and promoting a safe working environment at the Tellapur project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing site safety plans and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations. Conduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Report unsafe acts and conditions, and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs for workers and staff. Maintain and update safety documentation such as checklists, permits, and incident reports. Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance. Support in accident / incident investigation and prepare detailed reports. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices. Promote a strong safety culture across the project site.

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and statutory requirements. Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to handle emergency situations effectively. Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of industrial and construction safety.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
