Responsible for handling projects of IBMS System, Building management system, Fire Alarm system, Public addressable system & CCTV system.

Competent professional with experience of more than 5 years including Project Management.

Worked on Fire protection system, ELV system, Contracts, Billing and Collection that supported company's design-build construction business/group, managed pre-construction planning & services and successful completion. Developed full scale project plans and associated communication documents including, project dependencies, timelines, milestones and critical path using appropriate tools, progress reports, budget reports and requirements documentation. Liaised with subcontractors and subordinates to get the things done within projected timelines. Possesses in-depth understanding of various safety methods; proven capabilities in coordinating / leading variety of people and projects. * A keen strategist and planner with skills in conceptualizing and effectuating process initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization
