Job description
Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor
company HSE policies, procedures, and statutory compliance at site level.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
to identify and mitigate hazards.
Ensure compliance
with legal, client, and corporate safety requirements.
Lead incident investigations
and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Organize and deliver HSE training programs
, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for employees and subcontractors.
Maintain HSE documentation
, records, and reports (checklists, permits, inspection logs, etc.).
Develop and execute emergency response plans
and conduct mock drills periodically.
Monitor environmental aspects
, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability measures.
Coordinate with site management, client, and authorities
to ensure effective safety implementation.
Promote safety culture and continuous improvement
, aiming for zero accidents and incidents at site.
Preparing HSE plan for the site.
Making amendments of HSE plan.
Imparting classroom HSE training to the staff.
Making site based induction capsules.
Conducting inter site cross audit.
Preparing sites and guiding Site team for ISO 45001.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?46,175.61 per month
