1. Develop and implement comprehensive safety procedures and protocols for sewage treatment plant construction. 2. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 3. Collaborate with Agencies to create and deliver safety training programs for all employees. 4. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyzing root causes and recommending corrective actions. 5. Stay informed about industry-specific safety standards and regulations, ensuring the plant\'s compliance. 6. Monitor and enforce the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all employees/Laborer. 7. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for minimizing potential risks in plant construction. 8. Work closely with the execution team to ensure equipment and machinery meet safety standards. 9. Lead emergency response drills and provide guidance during actual emergencies. 10. Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure all necessary permits and certifications are up-to-date. Qualifications: 1. B.E./B. Tech. or Equivalent with Specialization / Additional qualification in EHS related field. 2. B.E./B. Tech. or Equivalent with Specialization / Additional qualification in Environment related field.
