Job Description

Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment:

Analyze work conditions, equipment, and processes to find potential dangers and evaluate risks.

Safety Program Development:

Create and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs for employees and contractors.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations (e.g., OSHA).

Incident Management:

Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

System Design:

Apply engineering solutions to design safer equipment, machinery, and facility layouts.

Training & Education:

Conduct safety training on equipment, protocols, and emergency procedures.

Monitoring & Auditing:

Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and monitor program effectiveness.

Collaboration:

Work with management, workers, and other teams to foster a strong safety culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,557.95 - ₹51,119.13 per month
