Qualification: Diploma/ BSc in Fire/ Industrial Safety/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 1-year full time Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized university or technical Education board. Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in manufacturing of Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Pharma/ Oil & Gas industries. Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield Industrial complexes preferred. NEBOSH Course will be of advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be proficient inEnglish & Hindi. Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be proficient in MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, PPT, Word. Duties & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate & implement HIRA, Work Permit System \xe2\x80\x93 Confined space, Hot work, heigh work etc., & implement emergency procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead Toolbox talks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertake surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety, and environmental conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulations and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate the implementation of controls from results of hazard analyses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Subcontractor HSE plan Assessment \xe2\x80\xa2 HSE Trainings and awareness of Project team, Internal Audit & follow-up for timely Compliance closure ...
