? Ensuring compliance of HSE rules and applicable specifications.
? Ensuring EHS Inspections has been carried out at construction site and taking prompt action of site inspection and hazard findings. Comply all the points identified in EHS inspection reports. Ensure Hazard/ Aspect Identification and Risk/Impact Assessment is done for all the critical jobs under him.
? Ensure that all incidents (Near miss cases / Reportable LTI / Dangerous Occurrence / Fatality / Environment related incidents) are reported promptly.
? To investigate all fatal accidents, occupational diseases contracted and reportable dangerous occurrences
? To promote and ensure the working of Site HSE Committees at regular intervals, to act as an advisor to such committees. Monitoring administration of First Aid.
? To organise, HSE awareness days and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of workers in establishing and maintaining safe conditions of work and procedures.
? To frame safe rules and safe working practices in consultation with Project Manager.
? To have all the necessary HSE documentation prepared for audits.
? Conduct Safety Induction Training initially to all Staff and Construction Workers at the Project Site safe.
? Ensure that all staff and Construction Workers Wear PPEs.
? Maintain Muster Roll and record Labor Attendance.
? Maintain and update all Safety Checklists and records
? Maintain Safety Procedures as per Safety Guidelines.
? Company assets recovery and handover to office.
? Debit note of assets(PPE) which are given to vendors.
