About Job -

We are seeking an experienced and

technically competent Safety Manager to lead and implement safety protocols across project sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment techniques, statutory compliance, and industrial safety standards. This role ensures a safe working environment and promotes a strong safety culture at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce

site-specific safety policies, SOPs, and HSE management systems.

Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and implement corrective measures.

Ensure compliance with national safety laws, statutory requirements, and client safety guidelines.

Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, training programs, and awareness sessions for workforce and staff.

Inspect work areas, machinery, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, hot work, excavation, lifting operations, and confined space entries.

Investigate accidents/near misses, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive actions.

Ensure timely documentation of work permits, safety checklists, audits, and safety records.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management to maintain safe work practices.
Promote proactive safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HSE standards, OSHA/ISO 45001, and statutory safety norms.

Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety compliance.

Ability to conduct safety training, audits, and inspections independently.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience Required:

8-10 years of experience as Safety Officer/Engineer/Manager in industrial, construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments.

Experience in large-scale project safety management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,525.07 per month
