Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor safety procedures at industrial construction sites
Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with statutory safety rules and company safety policies
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
Monitor usage of PPE and safe work practices
Report and investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors on safety matters
Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Safety Engineering or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in
industrial construction projects
Strong knowledge of safety norms, PPE, and site safety practices
Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work full-time on-site
