to ensure that all our construction/project activities are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols at the site to create a safe and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor
safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular
site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with
local safety laws, regulations, and company standards.
Conduct
safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Investigate and document incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors for safety compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in
Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
or
Industrial Safety.
Certification in
Safety Management / NEBOSH / IOSH
will be an added advantage.
Minimum
10 years of experience
in safety supervision in construction/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of
HSE laws, standards, and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
