Safety Engineer Required - Real Estate Project

Position: Safety Engineer

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in construction or real estate projects

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Safety Engineering or related field

Must hold a valid Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or Government-approved Safety Officer Certificate)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations at the construction site.

Conduct daily safety inspections and submit reports to project management.

Provide toolbox talks and safety training to site workers and contractors.

Maintain safety records, incident logs, and risk assessment documentation.

Monitor and ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate site accidents and prepare detailed reports with preventive measures

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and external safety auditors.

Ensure compliance with Gujarat Building & Construction Safety Laws and National Building Code safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,500.00 - ?30,500.00 per month
