Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
Collaborate with senior safety engineers to analyze incident reports and develop strategies to mitigate future risks
Participate in safety training sessions and workshops to educate employees on best practices and safety protocols
Support the investigation of safety incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on corrective measures
Help maintain safety equipment and ensure all safety documentation is current and accessible
