Job Description

Experience:

You'll need 5 to 10 years of intensive, hands-on industrial safety experience. This should be from a large-scale factory, a high-hazard plant, or a significant construction site.

Education:

A degree in engineering is preferred, but a bachelor's or master's degree in science is also acceptable.

Safety Certification:

A full-time diploma from a reputable institution like RLI/CLI is a plus, but not required. A one-year postgraduate diploma in safety from another recognized institution is also fine.

Communication Skills:

You should have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, as you'll be interacting with clients as an auditor and consultant. Being professional and presentable is key.

Safety Knowledge:

You must have a solid foundation in safety principles, which will be assessed during the interview process.

Location:

Candidates based in Kolkata or the National Capital Region (NCR) are preferred, but we'll also consider those in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Travel:

This role requires significant travel, so you should be able to travel 10 to 15 days per month.
