At Arrowsight Pvt. Ltd. (APL), we provide support services to the associated company's clients by ensuring auditing services for the videos captures on day shift in USA are completed during USA night-time and data is available for management and executive reports. India entity is primarily responsible for Remote Video Auditing (RVA) services and provide engineering support to advance the proprietary software and hardware capabilities of the associated enterprise.

APL is looking for an experienced professional in this domain to manage Audit Operations having an unmatched acumen for understanding requirements, analysis of safety audits.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in operation and managing the team.

Required Skills

Hire the right talent for the auditor team.

Develop training plans and materials for auditors.

Train and mentor, the auditor team.

Ensure quality safety audit work is done in each shift and each construction site.

Check the performance for accuracy and speed.

Coach auditors as needed to improve performance and stay motivated.

Continuous improvement of audit operations and load balancing.

Stay up to date with OSHA compliance and rules for construction and other industry.

Collaborate with tech support, customer management and account management team.

Submit report on daily audit activities and customer weekly reports

Desired Skills / Certifications

Experience with safety and health acts like OSHA, NIOSH - Construction / Industrial Data analysis and analytical experience. Team management and planning for 24 x 7 audit operations. Good command on spoken and written English

Qualification

Masters / Postgraduate in Civil or construction or equivalent qualifications Minimum seven years of experience in safety and related operations Certification or degree in occupational Safety and Health is highly desirable.
