Job Summary

We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented

Safety Associate

to support fleet safety operations by monitoring

dashcam footage and Samsara systems

. This role is suitable for

freshers and candidates with BPO/customer support experience

who are keen to build a career in US logistics and safety operations. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor

dashcam footage

and

Samsara alerts

to identify unsafe driving behaviors such as speeding, harsh braking, distraction, and seatbelt violations. Review safety events and incidents captured through telematics systems. Document observations and prepare

basic safety and incident reports

. Escalate critical safety issues to the safety or operations team. Maintain accurate records, logs, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support safety improvements. Follow company safety policies and

DOT compliance guidelines

Eligibility & Skills

Freshers or candidates with BPO / customer support experience

are welcome to apply. Basic computer knowledge and comfort working on monitoring tools/screens. Strong attention to detail and observation skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Willingness to work in

US shifts

Pay: ?8,896.44 - ?32,000.00 per month
