Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Safety Supervisor cum Site Supervisor to oversee site activities in the signage industry. The role involves ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, supervising on-site work, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations. Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and regular inspections at project sites. Supervise on-site installation and fabrication activities to ensure quality and timely completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Report and document safety observations, incidents, and progress updates. Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in site supervision, preferably in signage, construction, or related industries. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree/diploma in safety, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in workplace safety or supervisory roles.

3. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and investigations.

6. Certification in workplace safety (e.g., NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
