Age: Above 35 Years and below 50 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Atleast 10 years experience in Safety and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Operations:

Patrol premises (foot/vehicle) to detect & deter unauthorized activity. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and surveillance equipment. Control access points, manage visitor/employee entry. Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking action and restraining violators if needed. Investigate security breaches, trespassing, theft, and vandalism. Secure assets, buildings, and perimeters.

Safety & Compliance:

Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement preventive measures. Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs. Ensure compliance with local/international safety laws and standards. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; analyze data to prevent recurrence. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and drills (fire, emergency). Manage and maintain safety equipment (PPE).

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare daily activity, incident, and emergency reports. Maintain logs for visitors, alarms, and surveillance. Document safety audits, training, and compliance records.

Training & Liaison:

Educate staff on safety protocols, procedures, and emergency responses. Liaise with management, program managers, and external authorities.
Essential Skills:

Observation, alertness, good judgment. Strong communication (written/verbal). Problem-solving & crisis management. Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
