Role Overview As Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant-leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, ensuring delivery excellence and a culture of continuous improvement. Beyond traditional Agile practices, you will champion the integration of AI-driven tools and practices to streamline workflows, optimize velocity, and reduce delivery friction. Why This Role is Different In addition to traditional Scrum Master responsibilities, this role offers the unique opportunity to redefine Agile delivery using AI. You'll explore and implement AI-driven practices that streamline team workflows and unlock more time for coaching and value delivery. Examples include:

Ceremony Efficiency -Utilize AI to automatically capture meeting notes, identify recurring retrospective themes, and highlight key action items.

Smarter Backlog Grooming - Employ AI to draft acceptance criteria, refine user stories, and provide recommendations for prioritization.

Predictive Reporting - Implement AI-powered analytics to forecast project velocity, automate compliance reporting, and proactively identify delivery risks.

Risk Awareness - Leverage AI for communication monitoring to controlling potential risks/impediments before they escalate.

Knowledge Sharing -Summarize outcomes for executive audiences, develop searchable AI-driven knowledge repositories for scrum teams, and translate technical updates into business-focused language.

Stakeholder Management - Serve as primary communicators between cross-functional teams, business owners, product managers, compliance, architecture, and vendors. Ensure priorities, risks, and requirements are aligned, facilitating regular syncs and feedback. Keep stakeholders informed with real-time insights and summaries, fostering transparency and trust.

Compliance Support - Automate traceability (SOX compliance requirements around Salesforce releases to production, etc.) processes and documentation to facilitate financial and regulatory audits.

Cultural Transformation - Champion a culture of Agile thinking and collaboration across the Corporate Platforms, utilizing AI insights to drive engagement and support the transition to a Scaled Agile environment. This role puts you at the forefront of AI-powered Agile delivery, where the impact isn't just about keeping ceremonies running smoothly -- it's about creating measurable efficiency gains that drive faster, smarter, and more compliant delivery in FinTech. Key Responsibilities

Guide teams in applying Agile/SAFe practices, ensuring alignment with business priorities in a regulated FinTech environment.

Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

Coach Product Owners, Developers, and QA on Agile mindset, transparency, and accountability.

Identify delivery bottlenecks and introduce AI-powered solutions (e.g., backlog refinement automation, predictive analytics for velocity, GenAI for documentation/test generation).

Partner with Engineering and Business stakeholders to ensure compliance, risk management, and value delivery.

Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate not just throughput but efficiency gains and cost/time savings.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, leveraging AI to measure and continuously improve productivity.

Promote knowledge sharing across Agile Release Trains, Solution Trains, and leadership teams. Qualifications

4 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE, preferably in FinTech or highly regulated industries.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and proven ability to implement at scale.

Hands-on experience applying AI or automation tools within Agile teams (examples: GenAI for documentation/test cases, Jira/Confluence AI plugins, Copilot, MLOps insights, or custom AI workflows).

Track record of driving measurable efficiency improvements (e.g., reduction in cycle time, faster defect resolution, automated reporting).

Excellent facilitation and servant-leadership skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.

Familiarity with FinTech technologies (ERP, CRM, payments, regulatory reporting) is a strong plus.

Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or RTE certification preferred. What We Offer
